Jill Billhorn
SVP, Corporate Sales

Jill Billhorn is senior vice president of corporate sales for CDW. She is responsible for all aspects of the corporate sales force, including sales force strategy, structure, goals, operations, revenue generation, and training and development.

Prior to assuming her current role in January 2019, Billhorn served as vice president, strategic solutions sales for CDW, where she was responsible for developing and enabling the go-to-market strategy for solutions and services across both the corporate and public businesses. Previously, Billhorn served as vice president of the East region and as vice president of the small business segment. Prior to joining CDW in 2010, she was the managing director for business development at Holden International, a leading sales training and development company. Before that, she spent 18 years managing and developing successful sales organizations for telecommunications firms AT&T, Ameritech and MCI. As sales center vice president with AT&T, she was responsible for significantly growing a $200 million revenue base consisting of telecommunications products and services provided to many of the top 50 customers headquartered in Chicago.

Billhorn earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is active in supporting the advancement of women in the technology industry through groups such as CDW’s Women’s Opportunity Network. She also works with organizations that support youth wellness and sports programs.  


Bob Bragdon
SVP, Worldwide Managing Director
As SVP and Worldwide Managing Director of CSO—the leading information resource for security, risk and privacy executives—Bob Bragdon leads all operations for the full CSO product line, including CSOonline.com, the CSO portfolio of national and regional events and the Security Smart Newsletter. A respected name in the both the media and security industries, Bragdon is invited to work closely with risk management and security leaders, as well as security solutions providers —in both the public and private sectors—to identify, interpret and address the challenges of today’s complex security and risk management environments. A popular public speaker and industry analyst, Bragdon participates in myriad industry events via face to face and webcast appearances, as well as user-group conferences for numerous companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bragdon has been often quoted by major media organizations including CNN. Prior to his role as publisher, Bragdon served as vice president of event marketing for COMDEX at Key3Media Events where he managed sales, marketing and sponsorships for the six North American Comdex events. He was also responsible for co-developing several security-focused programs and events, providing Bragdon with a first hand look at the evolving security industry. Additionally, Bragdon held various management positions in marketing, sales and product development at SOFTBANK, Ziff-Davis and Cahners Publishing.

Tom Kooser is the Chief Technology Officer for Total Wine & More, America’s largest independent retailer of Fine Wine, Beer & Spirits with over 200 locations across the country and an award-winning web site and app.  Tom brings over two decades of experience in Omni-Channel technology innovation with organizations such as LVMH, Destination Maternity, Ascena and Gap. Tom has a strong belief and is passionate about using technology to drive connected experiences for customers and associates. He holds an Engineering degree from DeVry University.  


Patrick LaPorte

Patrick LaPorte is a Senior Director of Portfolio Marketing at Aruba Networks responsible for marketing strategy for Aruba ESP (Edge Services Platform). Aruba ESP is the industry’s first cloud-native, AI-powered platform designed to automate, unity and protect the Intelligent Edge. Patrick’s passion for using technology to solve problems has spanned 30+ years including “tours of duty” in engineering, product management and marketing. For the past 12 years Patrick has been focused on marketing data center, campus and wireless networking solutions. As a hobby, Patrick has also founded two businesses and has co-authored patent-approved and patent-pending technologies.
Chris McCain
Director, Networking and Security

Chris McCain is a director in the Technologist group for Networking and Security at VMware.  Chris has over 20 years of experience in the world of information technology.  In addition to being a double VCDX in data center virtualization and network virtualization Chris has written several books on virtualization and infrastructure design.  In 2006 Chris wrote the first book on VMware, Mastering VMware Infrastructure 3, which helped begin the massive stampede to virtual machines.  His last book, Foundation in the Art of Infrastructure Design, was the #1 selling book at VMworld 2016 in Las Vegas, NV.  As part of his mission at VMware Chris travels around the world talking to customers and partners about their vision and strategy for next generation data center design.  Chris is based in St Petersburg, FL where he lives with his wife and two sons.


Allison Norfleet
Global Healthcare Lead, Industry Solutions Group
Allison Norfleet is an industry strategist and technology executive. She specializes in accelerating digital transformation and guiding enterprise organizations in creating and implementing technology strategies for their organizations. Allison leads Cisco’s Global Healthcare Private Sector Practice in the Global Industry Solutions Group, healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations on emerging technologies that are driving value and transforming the healthcare patient care delivery model. Leveraging over 25 years in the healthcare information technology industry, Allison’s expertise includes understanding the needs of healthcare companies across the spectrum, both Private Sector and Government Healthcare, as well as depth of knowledge in healthcare cyber security, clinical communications/mobility, and access to care.
Michael Rapplean
VP, Central Region

Michael F. Rapplean is vice president of the Central region for CDW. Rapplean is responsible for the performance goals, strategic direction, business initiatives and talent development of the Central region team for the company’s medium and large market segments.

Since joining CDW in 1998 as an account manager, Rapplean has held several sales management roles with increasing responsibility. Rapplean was promoted to director of the North Central Corporate Sales team in 2006, then promoted to vice president of the Corporate South region in 2014.

Rapplean earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business from Rockford College (now Rockford University) and has attended continuing education programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Lake Forest College. He frequently participates in activities with The Executives’ Club of Chicago and volunteers for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago and Junior Achievement.

Woody Walton
Director, Partner Technology Strategist

Woody Walton joined Microsoft in 1998.  Starting in the retail products division, he supported the launch of Windows 98 before moving to Microsoft’s small business division where he educated businesses across the U.S. on the benefits of the Microsoft product stack.   During his tenure, he has worked in Microsoft Consulting Services, the Windows product group, and the Microsoft Across America team where he delivered channel partner readiness events across the U.S. until 2009. Woody now works as a Director of Partner Technology Strategy in Microsoft’s Commercial Partner organization where he supports the technical readiness and go to market strategy of Microsoft’s global scale services partners.

Woody is a champion of keeping the customer experience at the center of all processes and often advises internally within Microsoft on customer and partner experience related matters due to his passion and tenure.

Woody lives in Leawood, Kansas with his wife, Megan, and his two daughters, Audrey & Elizabeth. He is a veteran of the United States Army and holds B.A. in History from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and is an MCSA on Microsoft’s Cloud Platform.


Chip Yager

Chip Yager is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Zebra Technologies.  His team is responsible for addressing complex strategic initiatives, managing strategic cross-functional projects and driving and communicating Zebra’s long-term strategic direction.  
Chip’s 29-year career with Zebra and Motorola has covered a wide range of functions and technologies.  Previous to his current role, he directed Zebra’s field mobile computer and tablet portfolio, driving the development of the devices, accessories and software solutions used by postal, courier, delivery and field service companies around the world.   Chip has also managed the strategy of a $1B+ product portfolio, led a start-up business unit, and built a global value-added services team.  Chip has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
