Rony Adaimy
ProLiant Server Category Manager

Rony is the HPE North America ProLiant Server Category Manager based in Houston, TX. He manages a key compute category for North America and owns the ProLiant server business unit relationship with our channel partners & distributors.

Rony started his career at HPE in 2013 as a Partner Business Manager based out of Montreal Canada and covered several leading partners.

Nathan Coutinho
Director, Digital Workspace Solutions Practice
Nathan Coutinho leads CDW’s Collaboration, Mobility and Productivity business, which makes up the Digital Workspace practice. Coutinho leads strategy and execution of the entire practice along with managing a tenured leadership team with several teams of solution and technical architects. Coutinho has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with various roles in consulting, engineering, marketing, management and technical sales. Most recently, Coutinho led project-based strategy and business development activities, supporting multiple groups within CDW. His previous responsibilities included managing a national practice of storage and virtualization field solution architects, managing the strategy and execution for assessment teams and technology labs and evaluating emerging technologies. Coutinho holds a bachelor of science in management information systems with a minor in accounting from Indiana State University.
Tom DeCoster
VP, Integrated Services Sales & Engagement

Tom DeCoster is vice president of U.S. integrated services sales and engagement for CDW. DeCoster is responsible for developing and enabling the go-to-market strategy for services across both the corporate and public businesses. In addition, he will lead and ensure growth of new initiatives, executive sponsorships, pilots and change initiatives, and liaise directly with sales segments across corporate and public sales.

Prior to assuming his current role in January 2019, DeCoster led CDW’s services organization as the vice president of service solutions. In this role, DeCoster and his team of 1,200 designed, orchestrated and managed integrated technology solutions for customers across the United States. DeCoster joined CDW in 2006 as senior director of professional services. Prior to joining CDW, DeCoster was senior director of professional services at Berbee Information Networks, an IT solutions provider.

DeCoster earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Colorado.

Adrian Escobedo
Digital Transformation Evangelist, Sales
Adrian “Esco” Escobedo is a senior strategist whose work centers on the collection of data, future trends, and tailored exploration and discovery to help organizations be creative and curious in order to truly innovate. As the team’s digital transformation evangelist, Esco leads the team’s directional conversations and overall sales strategy while helping client partners explore new lines of business through the analysis and optimization of their own data.
J. Wolfgang Goerlich
Advisory CISO
Duo Security
J. Wolfgang Goerlich is an Advisory CISO for Duo Security, now part of Cisco. Prior to this role, he led IT and IT security in the healthcare and financial services verticals. He has led advisory and assessment practices in several cyber security consulting firms. Wolfgang regularly presents at regional and national conferences on the topics of risk management, incident response, business continuity, secure development life cycles and more.
Andy Kleinheinz
Collaboration Technical Architect

Andy Kleinheinz is a unified communications technical architect for CDW with a focus on UC managed services (specifically, core UC, contact center and video applications, as well as several monitoring systems). He has been at CDW for 21 years.

During his tenure, he has had many responsibilities climbing the engineer ranks as well as various leadership roles.

Mike Peck

Mike has been with Dell Technologies for 9 years, serving as an Advocate, Evangelist and Educator of channel partners and end-user customer’s technical teams on the detailed capabilities of EMC’s extensive infrastructure portfolio.
Bob Rossi
VP, Networking, Digital Workspace and Security Solutions

Bob Rossi is vice president of networking, digital workspace and security solutions for CDW. Rossi is responsible for the overall strategy and development of CDW’s unified communications and collaboration, enterprise networking and security solutions offerings. He leads a team of more than 300 solution architects who are responsible for designing and configuring these solutions for CDW clients and prospects.

Rossi joined CDW in 1994 focused on furthering CDW’s penetration into the commercial IT space. After four years of contributing to the successful growth of CDW’s profile in the private sector, Rossi was named as the first director of Federal sales for CDW Government, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW. In July 2005, Rossi was tapped to lead CDW’s efforts to execute the strategy for the company’s healthcare division. In 2009, he was promoted to vice president of CDW Healthcare. He assumed his current role in January 2018.

Rossi earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.


Kevin Swanson
Surface Specialist
Kevin Swanson joined Microsoft as a Surface Specialist in 2015 focusing on the entire line of Microsoft Surface branded hardware within the Microsoft 365 modern workplace category.  Prior to joining Microsoft, Kevin held enterprise infrastructure architecture positions at Hewlett Packard, SunTrust Bank and PNC Bank ranging from end user and mobile computing, collaboration infrastructure and high density datacenter infrastructure.
Conor Waddell
VP, Data Center Solutions

Conor Waddell is vice president of data center solutions for CDW. Waddell is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of CDW data center offerings, including the development of offerings and supporting the sales and services organization in the sales and delivery of solutions to CDW customers.

Waddell joined CDW in 2002 as an account manager and was quickly promoted into leadership within the sales organization. In 2006, he was promoted to sales manager. In 2009, Waddell relocated to Cleveland and was promoted to sales director of the branch. Waddell relocated again in 2010 to lead the Madison branch. Waddell’s responsibilities expanded in 2011 to include the Madison, Appleton and Wausau branches.

Waddell earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Washington University in St. Louis.
