Theresa Payton
First Female White House CIO, Leading Cybersecurity Expert, and 2019 Woman Cybersecurity Leader of the Year
As one of the nation’s most respected authorities on cybersecurity, Theresa Payton is also a highly sought-after AI keynote speaker. Christopher Frenz

Christopher Frenz is the AVP of Information Security for Interfaith Medical Center where he worked to develop the hospital’s information security program and infrastructure.  Under his leadership the hospital has been one of the first in the country to embrace a zero trust model for network security. Christopher has also played a role in pushing for the adoption of improved security standards within hospitals and is the author of the OWASP Secure Medical Device Deployment Standard as well as the OWASP Anti-Ransomware Guide. He also currently chairs the AEHIS Incident Response Committee which has released several deliverables designed to help hospitals test and improve their incident response capabilities.  Christopher has been recognized as a Rising Star amongst healthcare executives and also a top healthcare IT leader by Becker’s Hospital Review.  He has also been recognized as a top healthcare IT leader by Health Data Management.  Christopher’s security expertise has been highlighted in The Financial Times, CSO Magazine, SC Magazine and many other publications.  Christopher shares his expertise at conferences around the world including presentations at VMworld, ASIS GSX, Defcon, HIMSS, and many others.  He is also the author of the computer programming books “Pro Perl Parsing” and “Visual Basic and Visual Basic .NET for Scientists and Engineers”.

Joe Levy
Joe Levy joined Sophos as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in February 2015. In this role he leads the company’s technology strategy worldwide, driving product vision and innovation to both enhance and simplify IT security.

Joe brings more than 20 years of leadership and development expertise, focusing on information security. Prior to Sophos, Joe was CTO for Blue Coat Systems following the company’s May 2013 acquisition of security analytics pioneer Solera Networks, where he had served as CTO since 2008. Prior to Solera, Joe was CTO of SonicWALL (acquired by Dell), where he led research and development teams with concentrations in the areas of next-generation firewalls, deep packet inspection, cryptography and secure remote access.

Earlier in his career, Joe spent six years with the security-focused, value-added reseller OneNet, where he led product and service design and development, including managed services. Joe has participated in various industry certification and design consortiums, and he holds several security, networking database and virtualization patents. He has co-authored a book on the topic of wireless network security, covering many of the secure wireless innovations he and his architectural teams have designed. Joe holds a BA from Queens College, NY.

Bob Rossi

Bob Rossi is vice president of networking, digital workspace and security solutions for CDW. Rossi is responsible for the overall strategy and development of CDW’s unified communications and collaboration, enterprise networking and security solutions offerings. He leads a team of more than 300 solution architects who are responsible for designing and configuring these solutions for CDW clients and prospects.

Rossi joined CDW in 1994 focused on furthering CDW’s penetration into the commercial IT space. After four years of contributing to the successful growth of CDW’s profile in the private sector, Rossi was named as the first director of Federal sales for CDW Government, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW. In July 2005, Rossi was tapped to lead CDW’s efforts to execute the strategy for the company’s healthcare division. In 2009, he was promoted to vice president of CDW Healthcare. He assumed his current role in January 2018.

Rossi earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

After a three-company merger transaction, Astin joined the newly created organization as its inaugural CIO, where his team is delivering a significant technology integration and customer experience change management program. Thomas is a member of Sunbelt-Solomon’s executive leadership team.

Across his career, Astin has architected and led programs encompassing security frameworks, cyber and physical security, privacy, and accounting systems integrity. Astin was a resident of the United Kingdom for five years where he was the first CIO for a UK-based energy technology and solutions organization. Aside from security, he has led several implementations of complex, international, multi-entity and multi-currency ERP, HRIS, and related ancillary line of business systems and served on corporate change management and process innovation committees.  Astin also has broad experience with region-specific security, privacy, financial, and taxation requirements of India, China, Russia, South Korea, and the EU.

In his 23 years with Microsoft, Jon has performed in various capacities; from leading teams of incident responders to guiding fortune 500 companies on how to best architect, deploy and protect business solutions in a threat relevant way.  Today he helps partners build security & compliance practices, develop repeatable go-to-market capabilities and scale their delivery based on Azure's capabilities.  Jon has a BBA from University of North Texas.
