Dr. George Westerman is a Principal Research Scientist with the MIT Sloan Initiative on the Digital Economy, and faculty director of the MIT Sloan course Essential IT for Non-IT Executives. An award-winning author and speaker who has been called “the father of digital transformation,” George helps senior executives to drive new competitive advantage through technology. His latest book, “Leading Digital: Turning Technology Into Business Transformation” helps senior leaders to play their parts in driving digital transformation.

Binny Gill

Nutanix
Binny has extensive experience in building distributed systems that evolve towards simplicity. At Nutanix, Binny leads the technical vision and architecture of the product portfolio. Prior to Nutanix, he was at IBM Research where he led the next generation of flash technologies in storage systems. He is the three-time recipient of the highest technical award in IBM research, and four-time recipient of the Research Accomplishment award for significantly impacting IBM business through his work. Binny is the inventor of key caching algorithms in DRAM and Flash technologies and is the author of more than a dozen well-cited publications. He holds more than 50 issued patents in the fields of flash, caching algorithms, distributed storage systems, and virtualization. Binny received his Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
 
Scott Harrison

Scott is Director of the Server, Storage, Power and Cooling practice for CDW LLC, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.
Scott is responsible for leading a team of inside and field Solution Architects and Business Development Specialists, and collaborates with engineering resources to support CDW’s sales efforts in all sales segments.
Scott has been with CDW since 1999 and has held sales, management and senior leadership positions in CDW’s corporate and public sector sales organizations. An active coach and mentor, Scott focuses on achieving business results through coworker development.
Scott earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois – Chicago, which helped prepare him for his other career as husband and father to three boys. He’s also a terrible golfer who’s thankful every day that he failed in his prior vocation as a jazz trombonist.
 
Moe Khan

Dell Customer Solution Centers
Moe and his team work with customers and technology solutions at Dell EMC on a daily basis. The customer solution centers help customers with addressing complex IT challenges by educating customers on technology trends and solutions, collaborating on architectural design, and running proof-of-concepts. Moe has been in solutions engineering and architecture for 17 years. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Florida International University.
 
Abbie Lundberg

Abbie Lundberg is a business technology analyst, author and professional speaker with over 25 years’ experience reporting and commenting on the use of technology in business. Part of the founding team at CIO magazine, she served as Editor in Chief for 13 years and continues her affiliation as a Contributing Editor. Abbie delivers world-class thought leadership through her research and writing for such clients as Harvard Business Review Analytic Services and the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Center for Information Systems Research (CISR), where she was part of a team studying the involvement of boards of directors in digital business issues. Abbie has devoted her career to advancing business through the effective use of information technology. She has testified before Congress and worked with the FBI and Secret Service (an unprecedented collaboration at the time) to develop a set of recommendations for information sharing around cyber security and critical infrastructure protection.
 
Paul Merrifield

Hewlett-Packard Enterprise
Paul Merrifield serves as a Chief Technologist of the Americas Storage Division at HPE, a multimillion dollar business delivering the New Style of IT through Converged Storage. In this role, Paul is responsible for field execution of the technical and business aspects of HPE’s Storage Sales strategies, with specific focus on emerging technologies and competitive analysis.

Paul has over 15 years of industry experience. He originally joined HP in 2010 during the 3PAR acquisition, but has held numerous technical positions across the storage industry at Dell, EMC, NetApp, 3PAR and HP. He has experience with a variety of customer segments, including SMB, State and Local Government, K-12 and Higher Ed, Large Commercial, and most recently Global Banking and Insurance.

Prior to joining the technology industry, Paul held a variety of roles in direct information technology management and also taught in the Texas public school system. He holds his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and his MBA from Auburn. Paul presently resides with his family in the DFW area.
 
Mike Rapplean
Vice President, South Region
CDW
Mike Rapplean is vice president of south region sales for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare. In this role he is responsible for the short and long term performance goals, strategic direction, business initiatives and talent development of the south region team for the company’s medium and large market segments. Additionally, he is responsible for the continued development of CDW’s Tampa and Dallas offices.

Since joining CDW in 1998 as an account manager, Rapplean has held several sales management roles with increasing responsibility. He was promoted to his current position in January 2014 from director of north central corporate sales, a position he held since 2006.

Rapplean earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business from Rockford College (now Rockford University) and has attended continuing education programs at the Kellogg School of Management and Lake Forest College. He frequently participates in activities with The Executives’ Club of Chicago and volunteers for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago and Junior Achievement.

Gerry Seaman

Gerald (Gerry) Seaman is the "Director of Hybrid Cloud Solutions“ for the Data Center Business Group at Intel. In that role he focuses on bringing complete Secure Multi-Cloud Solutions to Enterprise & Government Customers. Seaman joined Intel in 2000 and has held numerous Enterprise engineering and operations management positions in Information Technology (IT). Most recently "Senior Cloud Platform Architect” for the in the IT Engineering Group, where he developed the public cloud practice in support of Intel's enterprise business applications. Seaman has been a featured speaker on the "Enterprise Applications & Technical Architecture" at Intel since 2004.
 
Russell Senesac

Russell Senesac is Director of Data Center Strategy Development for Schneider Electric in North America currently focused on driving data center business development initiatives.

Prior to being named director of data center strategy development, Russell served as data center systems manager for Schneider Electric (formerly APC). Since joining Schneider Electric in 1996, Russell has held various positions in product and business management. Over the last five years, Russell along with a team of engineers and other product management conducted extensive research worldwide in computer room and data center environments to understand how data centers are designed, managed and maintained. This research was key in the development of APC’s award-winning InfraStruXure® architecture.

Russell holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Clarkson University.
 
Brad Stoner

Brad Stoner is a Senior Engineer with Appdynamics. In his fourteen years of IT experience, he has held roles in performance engineering, systems engineering, and operations management. Previously, Brad managed the load and performance team at H&R Block where he spent seven years leading his five-person team in pursuit of improved application performance and quality. Brad and his team managed the performance testing process for more than fifty projects annually. He founded Sandbreak Digital Solutions, a consulting company specializing in web application performance testing, web page optimization, front end optimization, capacity testing, infrastructure validation, and cloud testing.
 
Bill Weaver

Bill Weaver is vice president of advanced technologies for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare. He is responsible for leading CDW’s branch office sales teams in selling unified communications, virtualization and other advanced technology solutions.

Previously, Weaver served as vice president of medium and large segment sales, where his primary focus was to further strengthen CDW’s position in these segments and expand to new markets and customers.

Weaver joined CDW in 2007 and brings more than 20 years of experience. As vice president, U.S. enterprise sales, Technology Solutions Group for Hewlett-Packard, he was responsible for revenue and margin growth for enterprise, mid-market and public sector businesses. He led the U.S. Enterprise Team’s transformation to a “solutions-based” sales force and was also responsible for the technology group call centers, system integrator team and several industry verticals. Prior to this role, Weaver acted as regional vice president of Compaq, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2002.

Scott Wood is the Vice President of Solutions & Technology for the Server, Storage, Networking, and Solutions business at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He leads a highly skilled team of technology professionals with knowledge and expertise on Hewlett Packard Enterprise product and solution offerings to meet customer business needs. His team provides thought leadership by showcasing Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s point-of-view from Hybrid IT and Cloud Brokering to the Intelligent Edge and emerging IoT.

Scott has been with Hewlett Packard Enterprise for over 20 years and has held a variety of leadership and management roles, including assignments in enterprise storage and server businesses, architecture, and solutions. He has direct experience in multiple markets and vertical industries including financial services, manufacturing, network service providers as well as public sector.

Scott is a graduate of Central Michigan University and received a MBA from the University of Connecticut.
